Shipping

The processing time listed is how long it will take for your order to be created and packed up. A shipping notification will be provided once your order has been handed off to Canada Post. All orders are shipped without tracking to keep costs low. Depending on your location, there may be shipping upgrades available during checkout that include tracking.

Once I've handed your order off to Canada Post, I have no control over how long it takes to arrive. Busy Lizzie Plans is not responsible for any untracked orders lost in the mail. I will follow up with Canada Post for any orders with tracking numbers.

Custom Products

Customs are open on a first-come, first-serve basis. We can work together to create the sticker, die cut, vinyl, album (and more!) you've dreamt up. 

You can always re-order your custom design at a future date for no additional custom fees, just the cost of the sheet itself.

Sales and Freebies

Any freebies offered for orders over a specific amount are always calculated after any discount and before shipping is applied. 

 

Returns

Busy Lizzie Plans does not accept returns. However, if you have an issue with your order, please reach out using the chat window (the bubble icon in the bottom right) or the contact form (envelope icon in the bottom left). This includes:

  • Order doesn't arrive;
  • Missing items;
  • Incorrect items;
  • Incorrect size/material; and/or
  • Damage during shipping.

You can expect a response within 2 business days with options for resolving your issue. 

Please note: I am not responsible for damage caused during the shipping process. If you receive a damaged package, please reach out!
